Q: If there is a custody agreement but the father has forfeited his time, could I move with the kids
I have had a custody agreement since 2011 and in the agreement there are days and times that my ex is to see the kids and how his child support is set up. Since 2011 he has not followed the custody agreement and does things how he wants. This agreement is for my oldest 2 children. I live in Louisiana and I have the opportunity to go live with the father of my youngest child in Massachusetts. Since my ex hasn't followed the agreement couldn't I move to Massachusetts without his approval?
