We foreclosed in 2015 due to health and income issues now that we are back on our feet can we purchase a home now
A: That is a great question. The answer is that it depends. Really depends on the mortgage company, your income, your credit score, etc. I know that when you file for chapter 7 bankruptcy and wipe out the foreclosure, you can purchase a home after 2 years.
