A: Anything is possible.

You either agree to the plea bargain or there will be trial.

The real question here is why were you suspended.

A: Yes it is possible and you may be looking at a mandatory ten days depending on the reason for your suspension. An experienced attorney may be able to get you a better offer or see what can be done regarding your charges. I strongly encourage you to hire an attorney.

A: The State is allowed to offer anything or nothing on any plea deal. They state frowns on people who commit crimes with previous criminal backgrounds. I would consult with a local criminal defense attorney to find out whether this deal is correct/good/appropriate, etc.
