Q: 1163A "Improper or unsafe turn/ without signal".
Hi
I have a ticket because I did a 1163A "Improper or unsafe turn/ without signal".
I'm very confused because the situation was of the following way:
- I'm coming from the highway
- I was in the right lane and I turned left following my right lane
- There isn't any signal stating that I can't turn left from right lane. The official stated that I must turn right or take the left lane before.
I'm not sure if I deserve the ticket

A: Contest it if you feel that it was not correct, but based on what you're saying I am confused as to what transpired and therefore whether you did in fact violate the traffic law in question.
