Q: should a illegal entry child into the usa be listed on parents ds 260 visa application, citizen child filing for gc .

illegal child paroled in has i94 in 2002 Miami Florida, but since moved to NY, file automatically placed in deportation in 2003, said child married in 2012 achieved social number but i601 and i485 denied.working paying taxes, achieved ged and under grad degree.ds 260 is in process now for my parents gc , citizen brother filing.should the illegal entry sibling be listed on ds 260 since you have to list all children and their addresses.how will this affect their ds 260 if they list illegal child or not list illegal child.
