La mayoría de las veces, USCIS pasa la aplicación de asilo a la corte de inmigración y en ese caso no tienen obligación de devolver su pasaporte porque usted sigue en el proceso de asilo.

You can ask ICE to release or file a bond motion depending on how your friend entered and if he was placed in proceedings. This is complicated and and the best chances of getting your friend release is with a lawyer. I strongly suggest to hire a lawyer.
If there is no record of my entry into the United States

You must tell the truth even if you believe there is no record.

This happens occassionally. Call the USCIS customer service number and notify them so they can send you a duplicate receipt.

So when he went to the US Embassy in Guyana they asked him questions and he forgot all about the case almost 15 years ago so they denied him would this affect the i-130a form?
answered on Mar 30, 2024
It appears he was denied due to a misrepresentation. If so he might need a waiver. Misrepresentation cases are complex matters. I would need to know what type of visa he applied for and a copy of the denial he was given at the embassy to answer you more adequately. You can contact me at... View More

My brother is married but I want to bring him to the USA but I read somewhere that I can't but I also read that if you're a Citizen then you can. Can i petition him and his kid?

As a U.S. citizen, you can petition for your brother. Whether his kid is included depends on whether he qualifies as a derivative. The waits for sibling petitions are very long so keep that in mind.
While on DT status
answered on Oct 21, 2023
DT is a parole and it stands for parole issued at Port of Entry. You state you are already married. As long as it is a real marriage and not just for immigration purposes you have a few options. Best to consult with an immigration attorney.

Your case is very complex and usually when you remain outside the USA for 8 years you are considered to have abandoned your LPR status. However, the final decision is up to the Immigration Judge. I strongly suggest you hire an immigration lawyer because these are not easy cases.
is it possible to get approval on a Food truck busines for E2 visa application by buy a Food truck cost 100k , 6 employees working?

In order to be able to apply for an E2 you must be in valid immigration status in the USA and you must be from a treaty country. If you meet at least those requirements, you might qualify for an E2. I suggest you consult an immigration attorney for further assistance.
