The name of the company is Osbourne associates generations salon services. The case you have filed is for unemployment. Other stylist and myself were left without jobs back in June and the owner has neglected to pay us what is owed. I myself am owed over 1200.00 $ and the others are owed around or near the same possibly more. Marvin has taken advantage of his employees the entire duration of being under him. He evades taxes by saying we are contractors yet takes nearly 50% of earnings yet in the state of fl we are considered employees if you look at the laws. Please help if you can and any advice helps. I was wanting to know if the same lawyer could help with advice or anything. We worked hard and need our pay especially after going through Irma. Hope to hear back
