Q: My husband pass away I am only heir, he did not have a will. His sister was appointed administrator, went to court
today because she has given away all contents of his mobile home and found out today she signed title to mobile home over to herself and also she moved it off the property to her back yard, judge told her to get a lawyer and we would have court again in three weeks, this is in ga. Would like to know what might judge do

Sounds like you have filed a year's support petition. Regardless, you have two years from husband's death to do so.
The judge may remove the administrator for breaching her duty to the heirs. You should apply to be administrator.
