Q: Can you go to jail for domestic violence for taking your wife clothes out of closet and putting them on bed

And taking pictures off of wall and putting them in boxes

A: Probably not but it is a factually based question.

If your wife/significant other says you touched her then probably you will be dealing with DV.

Usually with the facts you presented the spouse is trying to stop the husband from taking things down etc and the wife is hit by something.......a pix..........a etc

They all become DMV
