Hurst, TX asked in Contracts and Divorce for Washington

Q: We mediated and have a settlement agreement now filed and signed by attorneys and both parties. I need to enforce it.

The question is: My ex is refusing to pay the financial asset portion from the checking and savings accounts. The money is there. In the paperwork it states that he is to send the money within 30 days of signage. On the decree I was awarded the money judgement for those financials. Now it's almost two months past due and he is still refusing to send. What paperwork is needed to motion the court for contempt of the agreement and to get a writ of garnishment and bank account seizure?

I am also interested in imputing a timeline for repaying debts he's obligated to including extra money to me for the other sections he's supposed to pay.
