Q: WHEN CAN I START PROCEEDINGS TO FILE A 2ND BANKRUPTCY IF IT WAS DISCHARGED 8/2010
I KNOW I HAVE TO WAIT 8 YEARS BUT IS IT 8 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF THE 1ST DISCHARGED DATE?
