A: typically you are responsible for your own towing. if the at fault driver has no insurance at all if am hoping have uninsured motorist coverage, if not you may be getting the bill on this one yourself. I suggest that you consult with a personal injury attorney in your area. While you may not have an injury case, the attorney might be able to give you some basic advice to help with your situation.

Good luck,
