Now have a warrant out for my arrest and a $300 bail. I’m a resident of NC. Can I pay bail and avoid traveling to NJ for the new court date?
A: You will probably have to come to NJ a few courts will allow this to be done without your appearance with a lawyer but that is the exception not the rule and even less with this ticket.
