Q: What are the options, when a ticketed unlicensed teen won't pay for damages and injury.
The teen totalled my brother's car driving an Aunt's car. My brother is without a car to drive and has associated medical expenses. The parents are refusing to pay. My brother did not have collision.

The teens/aunts insurance should be paying your brother. Your brother should contact a member of the Ga.Trial Lawyers assn.
If they don't want to pay and have no insurance, then their licenses can be suspended.
