Miami, FL asked in Car Accidents for Florida

Q: I got into a car accident recently and my mom is trying to open a case but she wasn't involved and my grandmother says

I should open a case in order to secure what ever funds the judge grants in court. I'm at a lose since my mother is already making steps should I ignore my grandmother. And how would I go about getting a trust fund.

A: Sorry not enough information to say for sure. If you were injured you need to speak with a personally injury attorney if you are over 18. If under most likely your mom will be involved as your natural guardian.
