Chino, CA asked in Personal Injury for California

Q: Can I sue a clinic for allowing their staff to take controlled substance which was used to poison me?

I had a roommate and she was working at a clinic she start bragging about taking home vials of Lidocaine morphine and other things

I told her I don't want that stuff in my house and me and her had a disagreement.

The next day she made or bought some chicken from Von's a rotisserie chicken it made me a plate I could not breathe 4 hours my stomach was distended and it felt as though the inside of me had ceased

I collected a couple of the bottle she had sitting around the house and I contacted the clinic I spoke to the manager and supervisor

Nothing became of this

I even called DEA

This young lady sent me a text message asking me how did I like my dinner laughing out loud

A: I don’t know about suing the clinic, but you can certainly sue your roommate for assault and battery. You may also want to get civil harassment prevention orders entered against her.
