Bethlehem, PA asked in Land Use & Zoning and Landlord - Tenant for Pennsylvania

Q: What do I do if someone kicks me out and now demands rent.

So an ex friend had let me stay in a camper behind his house for a little. There had not been an agreement, written or verbal, on any type of rent. I had tried multiple times to ask him about it anyways during my stay there. About a week ago, while I was not there, he had kicked and locked me out of the rv, saying it was because I didn't pay rent. Completely flipping out and threatening me. Even went so far to throwing my belongings outside on the groun. I still had asked him multiple times about the cost, more than willing to pay, but still got no answer. (Have messages and proof) today he messages me that I owe him $85 And he's taking me to court and still threatening and being outrageous. Calling me names and such. Even saying that he has witnesses. One I had never met and the other only talked to once before. Saying that we had talked about this before, which never happened. What should I do? How do I handle this?
