Q: I was issued a speeding ticket today. I can't find anywhere on it the fine I owe. Can I use that in my defense if I go
to court. Also I was not read my Miranda Rights.

In New York a fine isn't posted on the ticket. If you plead guilty the judge would need to choose a fine from a range.
Unless you were arrested and quested, the police did not have an obligation to read Miranda.
