Q: I was hurt on the job the first dr was just giving me pain meds thay did xrays and mri it showed dice hernation a specil

contacted and was trying to schedle me in said she had to comferm dr would be at that ofice on that day said she would call me back a day went by didnt hear from her so i called next day to find out ins was disputing the clam thay said my back problems where from an aged back this went on for bit the dr just give me pain meds after 2 1/2 mounths thay started phy therapy after the first couple visits i was like this is getig worse after2 move visits i was like legs started going numb so i we to see a speciliest and payed out of my pockit he said i had bone spurs on my spine so finaly my lawyer fourd a dr in network went there thay look at report and tok me off of work because i had become unstable then the person at rick mangement call the dr i was seeing was in network but i could not see them there for thay are not paying any workers comp for the time i have been off what can i do oh imwent ahead and had surgarey done and payed out my pockit can i sue my employer do in ned to find a
