Q: What can a Minor who is being charged for assault for fighting do to have the charge dropped/dismissed?
The minor being charged is already suspended and would never act in an uncivil behavior except this one time and actually got into a fight and threw the first punch. The minor has goals and would not want to charged with misdemeanor in her record because it could effect her future.
