Clementon, NJ asked in Child Custody for New Jersey

Q: any pro bono or CHEAP custody lawyers in Camden County???

I would like to get custody of my daughter. The reason I got secondary custody 2 years ago was because I left my daughter’s father because he abused me physically and emotionally. I was told by police when I was leaving that I couldn’t take my child with me because I had no home of my own and his parents provided her with one. His lawyer then intimidated and threatened me if I didn’t agree to their custody so I signed off on being a secondary parent. I am no longer willing for them to keep me in the dark about my child and not tell me what is going on when it comes to her. Her father and his parents are sneaky and manipulative and I can’t face them alone again. I would like full or primary custody. I have a home now and a part time job. I can not afford the high expenses of the custody lawyers I have come across. Would any lawyer be willing to do a pro bono OR even accept small weekly payments?! Please I need to get her away from these toxic people!!

A: Even if you found an attorney, willing to work for free, you won't be able to get the expert medical testimony for free.
