Q: I have a friend that is locked up.How can i get him a new judge if im on the outside.

If my friend feels that the judge is rascits can he get a new judge if the prosecutor is saying they have evidence when do they have to show it

A: Feeling and proving the judge is racist are two different issues. Feeling will not get you a new judge, you will need to prove it with evidence. It is very hard to get a new judge, but you can't do it, only his lawyer can make the request and it is rarely granted. Prosecutor has to give all evidence prior to trial.

A: The State now shows discovery at the detention hearing. If none they provide discovery st the PIC hearing. Just about no chance of changing judges. Get him the best criminal defense attorney he can afford.
