I talk to or where I go nothing been right since I been with him we have 2 children already grown and married but he still has a hold on me emotionally and mentally we live in FL. for 16 yrs I pay some of the bills and he pays the major bills he owns the house we live in it's been a long while he's given me money for anything which I also work and I have my mother living with us for 10yrs he's never liked my mother(80yrs old) for the past 5yrs we been fighting cause of things he accuses me of doing like being unfaithful(ect) and everything my mom does bothers him and he even tells me I can leave anytime with my mom if I i don't like it this is my house so with all that it's been going on for yrs I need your advice since I don't have anything under my name can he do this to me and what can I get out of being in this situation thank you for any legal information you can give me
