A: You go to the court listed on the ticket. As for getting the points off your license, you should get counsel and try to get it reduced as far as possible.

A: You should find a lawyer in the state in which the ticket was issued. If you got the ticket in NJ get a lawyer in NJ if you got the ticket in MA, get a lawyers who has an office in MA. I suggest you do not hire a lawyer over the phone but go to that lawyers office to make sure you have a lawyer that is competent and not just looking to take your money. Lastly make sure the lawyer you hire for your case is the lawyer that is going to go to court with you.

A: You go to the court it happened in. If outside NJ only 2 points come back. If in NJ don't think about 0 points will likely never happen. Think license suspension that likely will happen. You need an experience criminal defense attorney fast. freehold is a reasonable courr but over 100 is a problem.
