A: Reckless Driving is charged as a Class 1 misdemeanor. It goes on a permanent criminal record. You need to get it dismissed or reduced to a traffic infraction. Consider getting a speedometer calibration of your car. You will need a copy of your driving record. Contact my office and I will give you a free consultation about the case. (703-352-9044)
