Q: Can I be held 100% responsible for backing into a illegally parked car blocking a business drivewa? Do they have a case?

No police report, driver might not have valid license, Complaint filed with small claims court has wrong date of incident(date filed 1/8/17 actual date of incident 9/1/17)

A: If you were backing up the answer is yes you CAN be held responsible even at 100% as this is determined by the judge. What will happen is up to the judge but just because the car was parked illegally does not give you the right to hit it. The wrong date seems to be your best defense.
