Q: Can I request a copy of estate papers without the other parties being notified?
I’m fighting with my brother & I’m trying to protect myself before things get worse.
A: I do not fully understand the question. If you mean can you go to the court and copy the file, the answer is yes.

Who are you getting papers from? And what papers? What Estate is being divided? Is the matter in surrogates court?
