Q: Can I request a copy of estate papers without the other parties being notified?

I’m fighting with my brother & I’m trying to protect myself before things get worse.

A: I do not fully understand the question. If you mean can you go to the court and copy the file, the answer is yes.

A: Who are you getting papers from? And what papers? What Estate is being divided? Is the matter in surrogates court?
