Oklahoma City, OK asked in Family Law for Oklahoma

Q: Can DHS remove my kid from my home on false accusations when I have a clean record and i have done nothing wrong

My kids where removed from their dad"s home because he has racked up quite a few violent charges. When DHS got involved and removed my kids, he started making accusations that he doesn't feel like my kids are safe at my house. I have no record of any kind and have never been in trouble and not done anything wrong. I was told we had to go to a safety meeting at which time they advised me they where removing my youngest daughter who is 6 from my home and labeled my home a safety level 8 which is what they labeled his home. They proceeded to give temp. custody of my kids to his parents. I am almost positive this is not how the law is written, especially when my 6yr old has stated to them and multiple people she doesn't want to be around his family and doesn't feel safe around him or his family. They are wanting to sign a permanent safety plan and I need some advise because I feel like I should not sign this paper
