I just want to know if there will be a warrant for the arrest of the owner of the vehicle.
A: Most, though not all courts, don't take any criminal action (such as holding a person in contempt and issuing a bench warrant) for not paying a civil infraction ticket, which is what speeding charges are. If you paid it only five days late, I doubt very much that anything will happen as a result. Probably the worst that might happen is that the owner's driver's license got suspended for not paying the ticket, but many courts don't do that right away after the due date, and it is even less likely with it being a photo ticket.
