A: You need an experienced workers compensation lawyer. Please reach out to one of us soon. The insurance company will likely keep dragging their feet so you need someone helping you who has experience with how the system works. A herniated disc is a serious injury. You don't want to continue to try to handle this claim on your own. To start, take advantage of a free consultation. If you then decide to have representation, the standard fee in workers' comp is contingent, meaning you pay no fee unless money is secured for you on your claim.
