A: Assuming you were a tenant you also have a contractual claim. However, ice cases are trickier than you may think. Contact a member of the Mass Academy of Trial Lawyers(if the fall was in Mass)--they give free consults. If your claim was in Ct. give me a call and I can recommend some people.
