Q: I'm a minor in Florida, who just got fired for accidentally missing a shift that I didn't know about. I am being fired.

My job claimed that I had a write-up which I didn't physically receive/ or SIGN and they didn't acknowledge me about the write-up until they fired me. Could they get in trouble for this? I don't think that this is fair, I really need the job.
