I got one in 2006 and 2010 and this one in december 24 2017 no crashes only misdminers

in indio court they always ask for jail on a 1st offense dui let alone 2nd and 3rd. However if filed as a misdemeanor you can ask for home arrest with an ankle bracelet in lieu of jail or community service.
i often put my clients into a live in rehab to avoid jail.
