Philadelphia, PA asked in Traffic Tickets for Kentucky

Q: I missed my e-pay date due to holidays and applicable business days. Do I have to show up to court?

My ticket states 3 days and then online it states 4 business days, so I missed the deadline. I have been relocating out of state and with closing on a home and a new job etc. it really just slipped out of my mind. I have a 4 and a half hour commute to this court date. My ticket states 9 a.m. but online it states 8:30. Again, I don't know which is right as I never received any confirmation mailer.

A: Yes. You might call and talk to the clerks office or the prosecutor, but short of resolving it that way you will have to show up since you missed your spay date.
