Q: we are $8200 backed up on mortgage , we tried to pay mortgage company they told us to talk to their attorney not them ?
mortgage companies attorney wants $10,200 not $8,200 we owe , says penilties etc... but we have been trying to pay backed amount owed since December 2017 mortgage company statement issued $8200. This attorney keeps giving us the run around saying he will call us back and ever does . We are scared confused and have absolutely no idea were to turn from here !
