A: Without having more information about your case, I cannot give you legal advice, but I can give you some information:

If you signed the birth certificate with the hospital, you and other Fathers now (finally!) have rights without having to prove you are the father in Court.

If you have any parenting time rights (even if supervised), the Mother does not have the right to take the child outside more than 100 miles away.

If you have a case number in the Maricopa Superior Court, you should check to see if the mother did a change of address with the court.

Often, I find the best information is found by watching someone's social media accounts. She may have blocked you, but others you know may not be blocked.

Finally, it is best that you do not engage in any social media whatsoever.

Hope this helps!
