Q: I'm 15 do I have a say so where I wanna live and choose where my siblings live with a family member we r being fostered

I'm in a foster home it was temporarily for my mom to get us back well she's not I wanna live with my grandmother and my siblings with their aunt and uncle for them to be adopted do I have any say so?

A: Your best bet is to discuss this with your DHS caseworker and see what the DHS attitude is about what you want. Also ask when the next Court date is scheduled, and tell them you want to be there. The Judge should have appointed an Attorney or Guardian Ad Litem for you, and perhaps even a CASA worker. Contact them for help too. Good Luck to you, and YOUR family.
