Q: A lady is claiming my husband hit her and ran. This is false. She has filed a claim against us. What do we do?
Officer originally refused to write up report due to no evidence of accident. His boss made him write an accident report stating there was no damage. Now she has filed an insurance claim. There was no accident. She hit a curb and her husband had a pacemaker issue and she is claiming it was caused by the accident. What are our rights?
