Q: My dog was killed in a car accident that was no fault of my own. Someone ran their light and hit me. what can I do ?
My dog was killed and my car was totaled. Once again it was not my fault at all. She got all the tickets and citations. Police had me leave the scene.

You might be able to seek damages but at best for the value of the dog. It will likely be viewed or treated like damage to property.
