Q: I have Reckless driving ticket, back in 2015 in Virginia, is there anyway i can remove or expunge it?
Conviction - Reckless Driving or operating a motor vehicle - 03-01-2016 (VA)
Conviction - Speeding 15-25 mph avove limit -06-01-2016(IL)
conviction - using elec comm device while operating motor - 04-27-2016(IL)
They suspend it my license because i didn't pay for my Reckless driving ticket. but now i have pay all the tickets and reinstate the license again. How can i expunge or remove the some the those tickets.
A: You would need to contact an attorney in Virginia to determine if you are eligible for expungement. The petition for expungement would need to be filed where the offense took place, not where you reside. I would suggest reposting the question with Virginia as the location.
