Q: Can my ex ask for child support back?
I was called out of town on a family emergency, and my ex needed to keep the children for 10 days, while I helped my sick father. He stated that he would, but needed to have that weeks child support back. It comes out of his check automatically. He works from home, and had no need for child care during that week.
A: If there is a current order for child support, child support has to be paid in accordance with the Order.
