Q: How likely is it that my son dad gets full custody? Can I file something to keep him away from me?
My son dad filed a police report saying I threaten him with a weapon and he has a video. In the video it didnt show me threaten him with my weapon it just shows my weapon on my arm rest. He's been trying to falsify and record me doing things to try and prove me unfit. He's mad he's been placed on CS and that I'm trying to leave Alabama. He's doing everything to hinder me. Now he's trying to take our son when he said that our son is an inconvenience on his life. He's doing this to be evil. Do I need to get a lawyer as well?
