What can he do?
A: If your grandson is indigent, an attorney will be appointed to represent him on the DWI case, but obtaining an occupational license is a civil matter, so he is on his own in that respect. Contact the local county Bar Association of pro bono legal services, or see if a local law school can provide assistance through any program they offer.
