Dublin, GA asked in Criminal Law, Juvenile Law and Sexual Harassment for Georgia

Q: My cousin Madison has falsely accused me of sex crimes. No one believes me and her family has great lawyers.what do I do

My cousin has falsely accused me of showing her pornography, getting naked for her, and speaking to her in vulgar, sexually explicit ways. Even though she is 10 and I am 13, everyone believes her and not me. She is manipulative and is doing this just for fun. Her mother and father are very upset at me and plan to take me to court. Her family is wealthy and has access to expensive lawyers. Not even my own family believes me. In court, they will probably use the fact that I am attracted to females against me, even though I am NOT attracted to relatives or underaged females. I am very afraid that I will be incarcerated because of this false accusation. What should I do?
