Reading, PA asked in Landlord - Tenant for Pennsylvania

Q: I've been evicted for false accusations that I didn't have proof of at the time of hearing. Judgement granted against me

For my $2,300 unpaid water bill that I now have the proof that shows (issue inside property) not OUR water usage. Water authority is to reimburse owner's now. Time to appeal has run out. Have til midnight tomorrow to vacate. I was wrongfully evicted along with majority of the reimbursement is owed to me more so I have judgement for thoes monies they will be paid twice. Reimbursed money which is mine.

What do I do in order to remove judgement and eviction from my record? WHAT can I do to sue them for wrongfully evicting me & my family with no place to go? I have documentation of my efforts to rectify the situation without paying for it from my pocket. I refused to pay a bill I knew I wasn't responsible for. Owner's had knowledge soon as they received current bill. I am the one that found the TRUTH was confirmed when I went on READING WATER AUTHORITY'S WEB SITE 1/18/18 to check on my bill amount to see if It truly was the meter causing extreme water usage.I knew it wasn't me/us
