Q: My boyfriend divorce was final in March 2017. Can he modify the amount he has to pay due to his income is 0
He is a business owner that had to close his business in October of 2017. He is going to have to file bankruptcy in the next month, What he agreed to pay at the time of the divorce can that amount change and/or if he is to be responsible for paying off her car, etc. How can he do that with no income. He signed their house over to her and now she has sold it and will get all the equity in the house which is a lot, He basically left with nothing and is now not generating income. Help!

Child support can be modified based on a change in circumstances. Can be effective date motion is filed. Property and debt orders are not modified.
