Q: I have an 11 year old daughter that is an extreme bully. Can I have an officer come out and put unruly charges on her?
A: You can file your own unruly petition at juvenile court. Officers are often reluctant to get involved. If you do, however, you should know what you are getting yourself into. The juvenile court and DCS will be sticking their nose way into your life. They may also be able to help your child get some help. I suggest that you talk to an attorney who is familiar with juvenile court and DCS before you do anything.
