Q: Recently i filed a claim against my employer. I have been receiving workers compensation since Nov 1 2017. Im still on
Leave from work. My problem now is that my payments are not arriving on time. My rent is due and so are other bills this is actually the second time they have done this.My payments are mailed every two weeks arriving on a thursday and mailed on a tuesday. I havnt received notification to my phone or email something that was also done thru the workers comp provider. There is also a penalty for being late with clients payments am i correct ?What can I do who should i call my attorney is busy at the time so can i please get a response from someone.
