Q: I was at court on 2/2/18 for a dispute, judge ordered plaintiff r to send me documents within 14 days. I rcved it 2/17
I am nc parent , went to court on 2/2/18 to dispute motion cp filed over unpaid out of my insurance network medical bills. Judge ordered her to send invoices within 14 days, for me to review and dispute or pay.
I just got them today 2/17/18, but package was post marked 2/16, is she in compliance? Do I have to now review , and pay? I was praying to god that she didnt get the c/o since she was a no show and I wasted a full day or work . Please advise.
