Q: AL divorce trial set for 4/4/18, can spouse have this delayed due to non emergency surgery she is planning?
Spouse did not show up at pre-trial hearing because she is stalling. Now she is planning a non-emergency surgery around the date of the trial and claims she will not be able to make it in town for the trial. Will teh judge allow her to delay the trial date?
